1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to aikissgo ("aikissgo", "we", "us", or "our"), an individual / sole trader. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, including AI kissing and couple video/image generation tools available at https://aikissgo.com (the "Service"), operated under the brand AiKissGo.

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy at https://aikissgo.com/privacy/; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

aikissgo provides an AI-powered platform that lets users generate romantic AI kissing videos, couple images, and related creative outputs from photos and prompts they are authorized to use. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.

The Service is a digital intangible product. Access is granted promptly after payment confirmation. Because of instantaneous digital delivery, refunds are subject to the limits in Section 7.

Underlying AI models (disclosed for transparency): video may use Alibaba Wan 2.2, MiniMax Hailuo 2.3, ByteDance Seedance, Google Veo 3.1 Lite, xAI Grok Imagine, and Vidu Q3 where enabled; image edit/generate may use Google Nano Banana 2 / Nano Banana 2 Lite (Gemini-family), ByteDance Seedream, and Black Forest Labs Flux 2 Turbo where enabled. These models are accessed via WaveSpeed. The specific model for each job is shown in the generator UI. Performance and availability may depend on those providers. We will notify users of material outages when reasonably possible.

3. Account Registration

Using the Service requires an account with accurate information (including Google sign-in). You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Keep your billing email address valid and monitored.
• If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

4. Subscription Plans (V1)

We offer subscription plans (monthly and yearly) that include credits for generating videos and images. Current plan details and pricing are published at https://aikissgo.com/pricing/.

We may modify plan features or introduce new plans. Price changes follow Section 5.

5. Billing & Payment (V1)

By providing a payment method and subscribing, you expressly authorize aikissgo to charge that payment method the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel under Section 6. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. For annual subscriptions, we will send a renewal reminder in advance when reasonably practicable.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, taxes may be collected and remitted.

Payments may be processed by PayPal and/or Waffo Pancake (our Merchant of Record / payment processors), depending on the checkout option you choose. Full payment card numbers and PayPal login credentials are handled by those processors and are not stored on our servers. We may retain limited billing metadata (plan, amount, currency, status, and provider transaction or subscription IDs) to operate your subscription.

6. Cancellation Policy (V1)

You may cancel your subscription at any time by either:

• Email: send a cancellation request from your registered email to [email protected]

Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle. You retain access through the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after a successful cancellation. Account data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy (typically up to 90 days after closure, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer retention).

7. Refund Policy (V1)

Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as follows.

Refundable situations may include:

• First-time subscribers: a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if usage has not exceeded 20% of the plan’s credit quota for that period.
• Duplicate charges caused by billing error: full refund of the duplicate amount.
• Verified service outages exceeding 72 hours caused by us: pro-rata refund or equivalent extension.
• Statutory rights (e.g. EU/UK cooling-off rules) where applicable and not waived by performance.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable items generally include: used subscription periods outside Section 7 exceptions; annual plan refund requests more than 30 days after first purchase; and accounts closed for Terms or Acceptable Use violations.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We aim to reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI Content & Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, AI outputs generated from your inputs (“Outputs”) belong to you. You may use Outputs for lawful purposes within Section 10.

By submitting content (“Inputs”), you grant aikissgo a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Outputs may be influenced by third-party AI providers. We do not warrant specific quality and are not liable for third-party model outputs. You must review Outputs before relying on them.

10. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — Content Standards

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and our Content Policy. Photo animation and other generative features are content-generation products. The following content standards apply to all Inputs (prompts, uploads) and Outputs.

10.1 Prohibited generation categories (all six are banned)

• Sexual / NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, non-consensual sexual content, or graphic nudity intended as adult sexual material.
• Violence / gore: graphic violence, torture, mutilation, severe injury, or glorification of real-world violent crime.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans, or incites violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child-unsafe content: any sexual, exploitative, or pornographic content involving anyone 17 or under (including fictional depictions). Zero tolerance.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: synthetic media that impersonates a real person without authorization, or that is intended to deceive viewers about identity or authenticity in a harmful way.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: generating content that copies or closely mimics protected works, brands, or trademarks without rights, or that facilitates IP theft.

You also agree not to: create malware, phishing, or attack tools; bypass security features; resell access without approval; scrape outputs at scale beyond personal authorized use; or use Inputs/Outputs to train competing AI models.

10.2 Enforcement for violations

• We may refuse, block, or remove generations that violate these standards.
• We may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for violations (immediate termination for CSAM or other zero-tolerance offenses).
• Unused prepaid balances may be forfeited when an account is closed for AUP violations, except where law requires otherwise.
• We may preserve evidence and report illegal content (including CSAM) to competent authorities and relevant hotlines when required or appropriate.

10.3 Reporting channel

To report prohibited content, AUP abuse, or safety concerns, email [email protected] with links/IDs if available, a short description, and your contact email. We aim to acknowledge safety reports within 2 business days.

10.4 Platform content-moderation mechanism

• Automated screening: prompts are checked against a configurable prohibited-word library (sexual, violence, hate, child-safety, and related terms) before generation is submitted to model providers; matching prompts are blocked client-side and server-side.
• Waffo content-safety scan: before generation we call Waffo Pancake’s scan-prompt API (semantic enforce). Generation proceeds only when the verdict action is allow; block and review responses refuse generation.
• Provider / model safety: generation requests are processed by third-party model APIs (Wan 2.2, Hailuo 2.3, Nano Banana 2 / Gemini-family, Flux 2 Turbo via WaveSpeed) that may apply their own safety filters; we do not override provider hard blocks for illegal content.
• Human review: reported content and high-risk cases are reviewed by our support team. We may remove outputs, disable jobs, or restrict accounts after review.
• Risk handling: CSAM and other zero-tolerance categories trigger immediate block and account review; repeated sexual/violence/hate/IP violations may lead to progressive enforcement up to permanent ban.
• Logging: generation jobs (prompt metadata, status, model id) may be retained for abuse investigation as described in our Privacy Policy. Waffo scan-prompt does not retain prompt text after the check returns.

11. Data, Privacy & Security

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://aikissgo.com/privacy/. Payment instruments are processed by PayPal and/or Waffo Pancake and are not stored as full card numbers on our servers. Account data after cancellation is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not use them as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aikissgo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. If we terminate without your breach, we will refund unused prepaid amounts on a pro-rata basis where required. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before formal proceedings, please email [email protected] to attempt informal resolution.

15. General

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email when practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
