aikissgo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use AiKissGo at https://aikissgo.com (the "Service").

By using the Service you acknowledge this Policy. We may update it from time to time; material changes will be notified in advance by email or site notice when practicable.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email, and profile image via Google sign-in (we do not store Google passwords)
  • Payment metadata: amount, currency, plan, status, provider (PayPal and/or Waffo), and related order or subscription IDs — we do not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords (see Section 5)
  • Support communications: emails and messages you send us
  • Generation inputs you submit: prompts and uploaded images used to create outputs

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and network: IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP when used for security
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session activity, generation job status
  • Logs: request timing, errors, and performance data

2.3 Third-party login: When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile data you authorize (typically email, name, avatar).

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to: provide and maintain the Service (contract); process billing and subscriptions (contract); provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests); send service notices such as billing and security (legitimate interests); prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests); improve products and analytics (legitimate interests); comply with law (legal obligation).

We may create aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies/storage for login and core features. We use Google Analytics for aggregated usage statistics; you can control cookies via your browser settings. See Google’s privacy policy for Analytics details.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information (including “sale” as defined under laws such as the CCPA). We share information only with:

  • Service providers under confidentiality obligations (hosting, analytics, customer support tools)
  • Payment processing (PayPal and/or Waffo Pancake): to complete checkout and manage subscriptions we may share your account identifier, email address, plan selection, billing cycle, and transaction/subscription metadata. Full card numbers and PayPal credentials are collected and processed only by those processors and are not stored on our servers. See also PayPal’s and Waffo’s own privacy notices.
  • AI generation providers (e.g. WaveSpeed hosting Alibaba Wan 2.2, MiniMax Hailuo 2.3, Google Nano Banana 2 / Gemini-family, Flux 2 Turbo, and related models) that process prompts and images solely to fulfill your generation requests
  • Google for authentication and Analytics as described above
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or valid legal process
  • Successors in a merger or sale, with continued protection obligations
  • Others with your explicit prior consent

6. Security

We use TLS/HTTPS in transit, access controls on a least-privilege basis, and secure storage practices for account tokens and credentials we control. If a security incident affecting your rights occurs, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law, aiming for notice within 72 hours of becoming aware where applicable. Keep your account credentials confidential.

7. Retention

  • Account data: while the account is active; then up to 90 days after deletion/closure, then delete or anonymize
  • Transaction records: typically up to 7 years where accounting/tax rules require
  • Support emails: up to 2 years
  • Security/audit logs: up to 12 months
  • Generation job metadata and outputs: while needed to provide the Service, then deleted or anonymized per operational schedules

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Marketing Communications

If we send optional marketing emails, you can unsubscribe via the email link or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing does not affect necessary service messages (billing, security, policy updates).

10. International Transfers

Our servers and providers may be located in various countries (including where PayPal, Waffo Pancake, Google, WaveSpeed, or hosting providers operate). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses with providers.

11. Children

The Service is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. This Policy applies only to information we collect directly. Review third-party policies before use.

13. Changes

For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days’ notice via site notice or email when practicable, and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
