This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for AiKissGo (https://aikissgo.com), operated by aikissgo. Payments may be processed by PayPal and/or Waffo Pancake.
General rule
Digital services are delivered immediately after payment. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as listed below.
When refunds may be available
- First subscription: full refund within 7 days of first charge if under 20% of period credits were used
- Duplicate/erroneous charges: refund of the duplicate amount
- Verified outages over 72 hours caused by us: pro-rata refund or extension
- Mandatory consumer rights where applicable law requires
How to request
Email [email protected] with account email, transaction ID, and reason. We aim to confirm within 2 business days and complete eligible refunds in 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancel anytime
Cancel online in Member Center (https://aikissgo.com/member/) to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. See full Terms: https://aikissgo.com/terms/.
